Job Description

Maintain and Enhance the Garden: Your primary duty is to ensure that the garden remains a picturesque oasis. Regularly assess the garden’s condition and take measures to enhance its appeal.
Basic Maintenance: Keeping the garden in top shape involves various tasks. These include mowing the grass to create a neat and well-trimmed appearance. Regularly emptying bins to maintain cleanliness and hygiene is also essential.
Weed Control: As any seasoned gardener knows, weeds can be the bane of a beautiful garden. Implement effective weed control measures to keep those unwanted intruders at bay.
Leaf Raking: During autumn, when leaves carpet the ground, your expertise in leaf raking will be invaluable. Clearing leaves not only keeps the garden looking tidy but also promotes healthy growth.
Planting and Nurturing: One of the most rewarding aspects of this role is working with nature. You’ll have the opportunity to plant and nurture new trees, flowers, and various plants. Your green thumb will be your best tool.
Utilize Tools and Machinery: To accomplish these tasks efficiently, you’ll work with a variety of tools and basic machinery. From hand tools for precision to light machinery like plant vehicles and small diggers, you’ll have the right equipment at your disposal.
